Do we always have to attend in-person?

No, we can conduct sessions from the comfort of your own home (s) by Video or Telephone

Do I have to be in the same location as my partner

A video link can be sent to you both to connect at a set time even if you are in different countries. We will send the link to you both a day before the session.

Do we have to have Zoom on our computer

No, the link will automatically connect you to us

Is there parking available
Yes parking right outside the front entrance free for 3 hours

How do I pay for the session

We have a tap and Pay facility and Cash is fine or direct bank transfer

How much does it cost

The cost of counselling ranges from 80.00 and your third session is discounted to 65.00

How are the therapists verified?

Providers are required to provide proper documentation and undergo a thorough verification process including background checks.
We are highest level 4 at ACA (Australian Counselling Association) and level 4 CPCA
We are also holders of Gov Blue Cards which means background checks to enable us to work with children

Do you operate early mornings or late nights

We can arrange something to suit your needs
Earliest is 6am and latest is 8pmand Saturday morning 8am, 9am, 10am
